Lendfit Mortgage Group is formed by a team of dedicated mortgage professionals with the skills, knowledge and background to ensure you have the right mortgage product for your particular needs.

The principal of Lendfit Mortgage Group is Vivian Lum, who has been involved in the real estate industry for over twenty years. She is a licensed attorney, licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage loan originator. Through her diverse background, she can help you assess the benefits of various mortgage plans and customize a road map that will lead you to a financially fit future. Vivian is a California native, born in Torrance and raised in Northern California. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Business Administration emphasis.  Vivian graduated from Loyola Law School and passed the California bar in 2000. Vivian has been engaged in various community outreach programs targeted towards education and empowerment of low income individuals and veterans.  She currently is the co-chair of the California chapter of DREAM for Caliber Home Loans, an employee resource group devoted to  Developing, Recruiting, Empowering, Advocating and Mentoring Women. Vivian has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a 2021 Leader of Influence for Lenders.

With more than 11 years of experience in mortgages and real estate, Christie brings her comprehensive understanding and knowledge of mortgages to all aspects of the loan process. She holds an active mortgage loan originator license and a real estate broker license. Christie is meticulous when it comes to details and works with our clients to ensure a seamless mortgage transaction. Christie is a South Bay native. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Management. Outside of work, Christie enjoys cheering for the Los Angeles Lakers and Rams teams; cooking and entertaining her family and friends; and, staying active with walks and runs at the beach.

Dennis has more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, management of mortgage companies and mentoring within the mortgage industry. He has served on numerous boards and committees within the mortgage community and has been instrumental with initiatives focused on underserved communities throughout the U.S. Having lived in many different states and settings throughout his career and life has prepared him to be well versed in many types of lending from down payment assisted government loans to jumbo loans and everything in between. Dennis received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah where he developed one of his passions outside work, skiing. His passions at work are to help first time homebuyers and to mentor new people in the industry. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys being outdoors, working out, and spending time with his family and friends as much as possible!
